Plain-language version — WashWhen is a small tool, so this is short.
Your location
When you enter a city, ZIP, or postal code — or tap “Use my location” — the coordinates are used to fetch a weather forecast and score your week. We don't store them, and there are no accounts. Forecasts come from Open-Meteo; postal-code lookups use Zippopotam.us. Both receive only the place you searched, never your identity.
Ads
WashWhen is free and supported by a small number of ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to personalize them; you can control that at adssettings.google.com. We don't run trackers of our own and there are no analytics cookies.
What we store
Nothing about regular visitors. Our server keeps standard short-lived logs (IP, request path) for keeping the site running, and caches weather responses for 30 minutes.
